What the work looks like
Fewer files, deeper.
The people who fit CASE tend to want the whole file, not a slice of it. You will re-underwrite a distressed loan from the rent roll up through the remittance report, sit in on servicer calls, and hold the plan before the mandate is signed. Senior-led means the person who meets the client is the person who runs the work.
